My entry for 's Wind Turbine Contest

I feel there's a lot of issues on this manip, but I had other projects in mind and I decided, "what the heck, it's good enough".
I believe the safest bet for offshore power would be on existing rocks so as not to disturb too much the water; steel casings would protect the turbines' base against corrosion.
Although it's for the moment a cleaner energy than fossil fuel, it's still without its flaws. So I can't wait until we can perfect solar energy.
