The first of them in .hack and the second in .hack/G.U. is different persons.
Cuz first are all human play game but second are A.I.
And they have something happen between .hack and .hack/GU that why they look like this

Um, sorry. I just love the evil characters. Examples:
-Gaara(Naruto)
-Brick(PPGD)
-Alucard, not Alucard from Hellsing(even tough he is sooo cool): he is a younger HUMAN O_O version of AC from FOP.
Hehe... Gaara hit me, Brick kicked me and Alucard punched me 10000 times for posting this!

Well, PPGD is a comic about the PowerPuff Girls. Here's the link: [link] I think, bleedman made Brick bloody, serious and very clever. And HOT. Even tough he only appears in chapter 3.
Fairly OddParents. Link: [link] Alucard is the human 12 years old of the evil genious Anti-Cosmo. He hates everything and he sat in prison FOR NO reason 5 years. After 2 quiet years (LOL, he escaped), he was trapped in a haunted house, where he died in terror. I like him because of his intelligence, sad past, serious nature and handsomeness.

You got it. Tough he swears a lot. Wieird I don't like Anti-Cosmo, tough I like his younger-human version. Maybe beacause Alucard isn't such a gentleman and he hates tuxidos and suits, but he is very smart, too. The intellect difference is AC is like a horror-character evil genious and Alucard is more like an evil scientist. And some more about clothing: Alucard shows a little more skin.
And how about Brick? What do you think of him?

Wow, this is great! On one side you managed to capture the heroic knights themselves, and on the other, thier destoryed and resurected bodies really well. Almost perfectly.
