Very eye catchy design and use of colors
I think the skin tones are a bit too pink/purple to look healthy..try use the various red/orange shade in different brightness and saturations. ...unless that purple was the look you were going for
Anatomy wise, for her head and chest to be like that, her stomach needs to curve out. It's bit too flat at the moment.
Take the time to draw individual hair strands, it really pays off. Let a few hair strands stray away from the group.

thanks very much!! the skin tones are always a problem for me, because my monitor is very dark so sometimes I screw up with colors 
mmm you are right about the stomch....it's very flat, maybe i'll change it later!!
and about the hair i know that because all my drawing i made them by strands...but i was trying to test this new style on this one ^__^ maybe a few strands away would've given a better look though..

Loving the blur on the arm closest to us. Very nice job on the details and everything on this, Rikku's cute. The shading on her waist and stomach area looks great.
