Oh man, I'm not 100% happy with it, but I know that I won't have any more time to work on it until the due date (stupid IRL getting in the way of pokemanz *shakefist*)
Also, this was all just an elaborate pretense for me to be able to draw Hibiki bundled up in a onesie snowsuit. Yeeep.
