I haven't been submiting Hellboy stuff for a long time. The second movie is a good pretext to do it^^.Like in the first movie, I just loved Abe. The fact he got more lines in this movie makes me so happy. Doug Jones, the guy full of grace playing Abe is so good ( and some other monsters in the same movie). I don't understant why they decided to dub his voice in the fisrt movie. His voice suits Abe perfectly.
I'm not sure if Princess Nuala is beautiful , but she got something very classy I like. ( maybe her very fair skin tone and I like her calm temper and behavior.
I enjoyed the crush thing . Abe reminded me of a teeneger having the first crushof his life, very cute^^,;,,
The scene in Broom's library is full of win ! I couldn't stop myself laughing.

are you a cosplayer?emm...can't imagine an illustrator woulb be a cosplayer. it really inspired me, the sweet face and did well in cosplay and costume design...
i have something to say about this art work, although i am not qualified to leave any suggestion, but just some idea to share.
emmm...actually, there is not any problem there, at least, it let me feel that it is an awesome work.no matter the abe or the backgrounds....
but i thought that, if you could make Princess Nuala more real and more exquisite, i think it would be better. you made Princess Nuala more simply, it represent the contrast and shows the different between the background, such as the texture. if i were you, i will try to make the hair more smooth and "free",or maybe, i will add some noise also, to make it looks real.

I love how you drew both of them -- the poses, the color, the softness of Nuala and the wistfulness/longing of Abe. It really evokes the movie and their relationship so very well.
I agree with you (and everyone else whose mentioned it) about being glad Abe had a bigger part in this film. I was lucky enough to meet Doug Jones when he was filming Hellboy 2 in Budapest last fall, and he is such a graceful, funny, and wonderful guy. He really deserves more credit than just "a guy in a costume". And they need to stop dubbing his voice! *sigh*

Awwww these too were just so cute, and yes that library scene was perfect, and it was very funny to see Abe drunk off his ass.
Unfortunately right from the get go, i knew what was going to happen to her. Tis sad, and yes i did cry at the end of the movie. Poor Abe, poor Nuala and poor Nuada.
