If you don't mind me asking, what type of jewels did you use on the tail that makes it look wet?

I painted mine too, the little shells and anchor, but I didn't think to use the male belt as a top for the female, pretty clever.
I painted the spines of the fins with a pale aqua blue nail polish.
Guess I'm gonna have to upload those soon.
