Tawny grew up on the “tail” of Pantala in a small town of predominantly SilkWings and LeafWings. She had heard of the grandeur of the Hives and how they had become practically a utopia after Wasp’s death. Once she turned seven she prepared to move to the hives, but her grandmother has other ideas. Firebug still holds a grudge against the HiveWings and isn’t going to let a SilkWing fly into their talons, especially not a fellow flamesilk.
