I...holy...WHAT THE FUCK?! That is an amazing picture, and amazing, amazing makeup work. Really, I tend to be a rather unflappable person with scary, grotesque and disturbing things...but definitely made me do a double take when I realized it wasn't a photoshopped image. Well, well done. My god, that is truly terrifying and the lighting, along with the brightness of the eye and the utterly cold, painless expression...truly something to give your should shivers.

The first thing I thought of when I saw this was how Deadpool's face was mutilated in the X-Men comics. Scary as fuck, creepy as fuck, gross as fuck and it made me want to shit my pants.

I wouldn't say it looks 'real'. But it's totally an amazing piece of art, not like seeing a real gore makeup, but a truly surreal one and it's more like a living paint to me. It's like taking a draw into reality and then twist it back into a picture. Awesome and lovely work!
