The sharp figure-ground distinction is good for such a small print size. She really pops out at the viewer. I like the subtle rendering on her face, and the creative, almost surreal costume.

My buddy got this card in the sealed deck pre-release tournament last weekend. Each time he drew this card, I ended up losing. Thanks man.
Great work. Really has a dynamic sense of mid-dance movement. Innistrad seems very conducive to a limited palette.

Sorry about the losses but the solution is simple... you need a copy of the card too! You're right, the palettes were outlined to be more limited than the standard cards but it helps to really set a mood which is cool.

Ah, now I see where the spirit is! Very nice! In the card it looked only like if I was watching a glowing skull on the background, but I might've missed the cloak and hood.

Beautiful, this new MTG set overall is looking more like an old-school fantasy that I'm used to. New Phyrexia was WAY to machine dominant visually for my tastes. Great job
