You did an excellent job with this.

I like all the details you chose to emphasis on his face and uniform. Also keeping it in a faded brown color really keeps it in tone of the times. All together you really make it clear who he was/is, and the surprised, slightly perturb expression on his face is priceless. I can only imagine that the Doctor, probably Three, has asked him to do something that is utterly ridiculous. *giggle*
