Anyways, this is one of the characters in Rin's comic that will be showing up soon. I wanted to a have a reference for her before I added her in, and here she is. Tempest Vandevier. She's a Ghost type trainer more interested in contests than battling, but I'm going to leave saying anything to be said in the comic~ She really is supposed to be that pale, but the colors came out more bleached than I meant them to in the scanner @.@
