Description So I did this as a scribble because I bloody love Sherlock, especially Moriarty. HE'S SO DAMN ADORABLE. Ehem. Anyway, so I did this after rewatching the 3rd episode in season 1, and Moriarty said "I like to watch you dance." So one thing led to another and yeah. Puppets.

He does have ferret-y eyes. I still love his blue Westwood suit best. And that little skull tie.

Oh Moriarty, you adorable weasely villain you.

Yeah, the suit is great. He's such a fashionable little man!

How can a villain be so cute? It's so unusual!

I do love villains, too, but......I have to say, I love Sherlock and John far more than I love Moriarty. But I do love him, too. I just can't admit that I love him as much as I love Sherlock and John.....even if it's possible that it's true.....

I think I just love everyone in that show. Except Anderson and whatever that lady's name is. I was hoping Lestrad would just smack a bitch. If only.

Ohhh yeah, Sally. She was.....evil. How she always referred to Sherlock as "freak". -_- And Anderson.....gah, Anderson was obnoxious. And yeah, Lestrade should've smacked them both!

I was hoping one day he'd hit her. Or it would be revealed she was in Moriarty's control or something. Girl can hope xD

Yeah, no kidding! She's SO annoying. For a while I thought she might turn out okay....but nope. She ruined all hope for herself. Stupid girl.

I'm really worried for Lestrad now though...

Hope she didn't ruin his life too.

True!! Poor Lestrade. I feel really bad for him. I was really glad that he stuck up for Sherlock, though. Like when Anderson and Sally came prancing into the office, making ridiculous claims about Sherlock. The look on Lestrade's face was priceless. He was staring at them like they were the biggest mornons ever. He just had a, "You're kidding, right?" look on his face. Then he had to report to his boss, get yelled at, and quite possibly fired. And he was such a great inspector! He wouldn't just hire any random guy off the street. He knew what he was doing. He made the right decision by letting Sherlock help out, but it seems like everyone else thought otherwise. :/

Yeah. In the book Lestrad was more of a jerk and more stupid but I like him a whole lot more in the show. They made him more into a normal guy that just wants to get his job done, no matter who he has to ask for help. It makes him a lot more personable and down to earth. Like your dad or something.

Exactly. He's a wonderful character. Rupert Graves does a wonderful job playing him, too. I've not yet read the books, but I want to! I've put a hold on them at the library, so now I've just got to go pick them up! I'm excited!

True! I love him even more now. I can't wait for the Fall. I think I will be sad when he dies.

If he dies. I mean Moffat has already saved Adler. So who knows?

DahliaX In reply to Clockwork-Fox [2012-01-14 21:36:35 +0000 UTC]

Yeah, but in the books Adler does not die... So, if they go that way, it's bad for Moriarty.
And I am so suspicious about that scene with Irene. I did NOT like it. I don't hate her or dislike her but that scene was just too much for me.

Clockwork-Fox In reply to DahliaX [2012-01-14 22:39:35 +0000 UTC]

No she does die I think in the books, because there's a whole theory behind why Sherlock doesn't really show any interest in women after that. Least I think she does.
But who knows. They're going to do another season (or so I've heard) and maybe he'll scrape by. Steve Moffat does love a good twist.

Holy crap, that end scene with her I almost cried. I was so happy when he saved her.

DahliaX In reply to Clockwork-Fox [2012-01-15 00:32:52 +0000 UTC]

I've read the books and I don't remember him mentioning her death. When it comes to Sherlock not showing interest in women, ACD explains there's only The Woman in Sherlock's life, he never cared or showed interest in anyone else.
I was happy she was saved but I wished it happened in a different way. I don't know, it's just there's something dream-like in that scene, which reminded me of a fairy tale. Not very logical. But, it's just me...

Clockwork-Fox In reply to DahliaX [2012-01-15 00:47:44 +0000 UTC]

I was fairly sure she did die. She doesn't come back in any other story and I thought there was a reason. I'm not through the story yet, but I was fairly certain she ends up dead. Least she dies in most of the shows or stories she's in.

I can see that, it was a little weird, but I assume it's based in something. I don't know how she died in the book but it might be some hint to it. I mean it wasn't Moriarty related, he just didn't give a flip.

:nods: How do you like Irene in the film with RDJ? Have you seen the films?
Now you've got me interested. I'll check the stories again to see what happens in the books.

I really liked Rachel McAdams. She was more how I pictured Irene Adler. I mean the fact she was actually an American fit better. And I always thought of her as someone whose beauty distracted from her brilliance. Not that they allowed her to be as intelligent as she could have been in the movie. But I liked her.
