Description
Based off an Axolotl, this is a Lotus Hopper in Zephyr. Extinct like all dragon species save for anyone who can actually revive the eggs that weren't damaged, these are considered the smallest of the dragons and yet still be called dragons. Instead of breathing fire or frost like most of their cousins, these expel electricity, but not from the mouth. More like how an electric eel does it.
