I tried out pixel art for the first time(technically my second but I didn't have the paitence for it years ago) and its actually pretty damn enjoyable!I decided to make pixel versions of my OCs with the my Big Three (D.K, Obsidian, and Kumoshi), but went on a binge with D.K's friends and some of his enemies! I tried out the 32x32 page and moved up to 64 or 122x122 pixels, which provides much more detail as you create.
I really do love this and I'm proud for my firat try at it! The whole sheet looks like a reference to an old-school aecade game, like the original Mario and Sonic games. Love the retro look.
