"Diamond Dancer lives in Lilac Castle. He's handsome enough to have caught the eye of plenty of mares, but he only has eyes for Princess Crystal Crown. Unfortunately, he's too shy to confess his feelings to her, and she doesn't seem to have noticed his feelings. Despite his name, Diamond Dancer has four left hooves, and he's no less clumsy outside the ballroom."

I came up with Diamond Dancer as a friend/potential love interest for Crystal Crown. My current backstory for him is that he met Crystal when they were teenagers. Crystal had snuck out of the castle to search for magic gemstones in a cave in the dark woods, but got lost, and was attacked by a bugbear. Diamond used his exceptional teleportation ability to distract the bugbear and lead it away from her. When the bugbear was gone, Diamond led Crystal back to the castle, where he was invited to stay as a reward for saving her.
