Nightling (PC)
Lizardfolk Barbarian
Nightling was born with a rare mutation that makes his brighter scales bioluminescent. Because of this, he was not able to go on night hunts and spent his nights sleeping in the canopy above his Lounge (group of Lizardfolk). On the rare times they did daytime hunts however, he shined. Nightling's arms were longer than normal giving him more reach and the ability to reach further which helps when hunting from the trees in the forest. During the times when there were no day hunts, he would spar with the other warriors in his lounge. He has a natural affinity for climbing and spends more time clinging to walls and trees then walking on the floor. Whenever he is in town, he spends his nights in the rafters of taverns. Tavern owners generally charge a lower rate if at all, due to the coin they save on burning candles.
Nightling fights with his claws not weapons. He carries a few thrown weapons and a rope to reach ranged foes or help allies climb walls respectively. He attacks with a ferociousness that is something to behold. He left his Lounge as was the custom of his people, to try and earn money for provisions. His goal is to earn lots of money that he can send home so the Lounge can expand their influence.
Mannerisms: Sleeps in rafters or clinging to vertical surfaces. Can't sleep on ground.
Bond: Lounge- His family of Lizardfolk
Flaw: Will hold opinions to himself. When he does talk, he does so plainly and mater-of-factly, weather it hurts your feelings or not.
Ideal: Take the missions no one else will, they pay the most.

Update: Due to the character gender not playing a massive part of the character, I gender swapped Nightling to flush out my PC's with more male characters after recycling my sorcerer into a sorceress. I wanted to at least have one or two male PCs, but gender is tied to some of my characters personality and backstory, with Nightling being an eception.
