and the OP's thinking that "anyone can draw this" is kinda against their point, since it does help to make them a bit easier to draw for those that can't draw or they would always have to commission someone >3> ya know?

Ya! I can't draw ponies for the life of me, but this base help me so much! And hair styles are important, sometimes that's the only reason why I'll buy an adopt!
