Entry for Nyx-Adopts Draw to Adopt! Here is my bio for these two as well (sorry about the length, I got carried away):

Names: CC Quartz and Spirit Quartz
Age: Both 4'200 Years
Weapons: Mace (CC,) Brass Knuckles (Spirit.)

Abut CC: CC is the more enthusiastic of the two gems. She always tries to see the positive side of things, but often acts impulsively. This has gotten her into (and even out of) trouble multiple times. She also always seems to zone out when she's thinking really hard.This gem also likes participating in human activities, such as eating "food" and drinking "soda." Her favorite kind is Dr. Pepper.

About Spirit: Spirit is the more withdrawn of the two, and isn't much of a talker. She is sweet and will try to help others in need, but gets really uncomfortable in social situations. Not being as strong as CC, Spirit prefers to learn and scope things out before attacking. If there's one thing she absolutely despises about CC, it's that she never has a plan on the battlefield.

Backstory:

These two Quartz gems were formed right next to one another in the Beta kindergarten. They were originally bound to be part of an army, but before they were finished, the Homeworld gems abandoned the site with the gems they'd already harvested, leaving the two unborn gems behind.

Spirit and CC were given life just seven years after Homeworld's armies retreated. Both are slightly undercooked and have a hard time summoning their weapons due to this. Without other gems to talk to besides themselves and the few corruptions in the kindergarten, the two formed a bond and did almost everything together. It all started when they teamed up to fight a corruption, and their friendship bloomed from there.

Sometimes, the two would travel to places of human civilization far away from the Kindergarten, though they would always return home afterward. Both gems absolutely adored human culture, and would find it fascinating to just go to different towns and look at all the humans hustling and bustling about. They've even shifted their clothes over the past couple of years so that they look more like humans, ditching the Homeworld uniform for cute, human-fashion-inspired dresses.

They even have a collection of what they call "human artifacts," which holds numerous objects, from teddy bears and books to old pieces of computer software and vintage makeup. CC's favorite human relic is a silver chain, and Spirit's is a pink mobile phone.

To this day, however, neither know their purpose still, and wait thoughtfully for clues.
