For those who doesn't know who is Ran Fan, why don't you read the manga first? XDAnyway, Ran Fan is Ling's subordinates, and also a woman who is as sharp as Riza. IMO, she is the most beautiful women in FMA (in the manga series, of course
)Why is she wearing an automail? Errr... I don't want to spoil it to ya, so... read the manga, OK? XD
*This is my first try of drawing her, about the automail, she hasn't got one in the manga, so I use Ed's style of automail, considering that Winry is the one who is going to make her automail XD*
