My newest oc, Blue!He's a teenager that loves cats and hops into different worlds with the help of his cat paw gauntlets! He gets bored very easily so he doesn't stay in one world long enough but he does love messing with any hero/villain he bumps into depending on which seems less boring to him. He also can run super fast with his boots! :3
