for starers what inspired that look for her last transformation,

TWO: is one of her clones evil and why clone her?

Qmac2 (the fellow who commissioned the sequence) came up with the look in her final transformation. He wanted someone who looked a bit like Seven of Nine from "Star Trek: Voyager". One of her clones could be evil, as they do seem to have separate sentience. I think she cloned herself to make more bucks. Three gals are better than one.

As for that device, I don't have any plans for it appearing in any future sequences, but it would make a nice way for people to transform into other forms, would it not?
