This is for the May Prompt "Appreciation Week"! Cecaelia thinks of herself as Queen of the Ocean but no one really cares and they certainly don't accept her as an authority figure. She sees Queen Pisum as a rival but respects her work as ruler. This is about as close to a compliment as she'll get.
