well, first off I have my ppg oc, bella. I haven't really come up with a backstory for her, yet im thinking she could have been made by a mad scientist(specifically my oc dr. Leim), yet she managed to get free from him, yet was lost for a while until meeting the power puff girls...okay, well, bella still is a work in progress in terms of her backstory, yet I think her personality could be that she's more of a shy type

as for my WOY oc, I decided to name him fear ^^ I managed to make him dark blue with stripes of a lighter blue on him, and I think I did tell you his abilities already, y'know, shapeshifting and stuff ^^
