Now in color y0!

On to the next major step. Putting down the initial bits of color. Its a relatively simple step but there is a little bit of complexity it in.

For this I'm layering in a few colors. Like for the skin its a light peach color I made myself based on one of the Artist Loft markers I have. (Artist Loft being the Michael's brand of markers) But I layer that in with a diluted light pink to make the blush look I have.

Its not super visable here because I still have to do that bit a few more times to really get that look. But its there, and really helps the skin tone on lighter skin tones.

I also did this a bit with the hair. Basically a diluted pale brown I made from my regular brown color, then my regular brown with some dark grey for the shadows, regular grey on top of that to blend it btter, and again my pale brown.

I also had to redo my dark red a bit. It wasn't as smooth as I needed to be so I had to spend about an hour and a half to two hours redoing it to fit better. I think I may also just need to make a diluted/pale version of that dark red as its probably just a tad too dark compared to the original. But still, it got the job done I'd say.

My next step for tomorow is just repeating this a bit more, and prehaps using markers on some of the darker areas and other kind of more detail work. But until have a great night and take care!
