Breaking the shell of the multiverse, splintering the Realm Darkest into thousands of shards. This is why rifts in space time in the Realm Darkest are sometimes referred to as Splinters.

The phylactery stone is Queen Titanya’s only weakness. She often moves it around her body if someone is trying to kill her. If it’s destroyed, she will turn to ashes. All of her undead army including her children will follow her into eternal rest.
