It's the first time I've made one of these...Surprisingly easy!
I was drawing a full-size picture that had a Rowlet in it, cropped it out, downsized it, and increased the contrast.

btw it is a cutie pie

My 11 year old brother is a pokemon addict. I guess some of that rubs off on me haha

EDIT: How come this doesn't show up in the emoticon search? I searched for "rowlet", "owl", and "pokemon". I'm sure I selected the right category.

Does it have to be approved by staff or something?
