This is a completely original scene purely based off of James Cameron's Avatar that I made. I wanted to recreate this after watching the movie because of how realistic it looked. For me it was kind of a challenge

So what I Did was:
Polyphemus consists of a heavily altered Jupiter map i made in photoshop.
The background was a blank starfield i made which i overlayed with a transparent nebula. (which makes it look pretty much exactly like the scene from the movie.)
Pandora is also a texture I altered and remade in photoshop, along with the clouds.

This is still sort of a work in progress, i may continue to edit Polyphemus as well as Pandora as well as the shading and atmosphere to make it look more realistic. I've looked over the internet, and this is from what I've seen the best recreation from Avatar out there.
