Description
Thought I'd try and remind myself that I can indeed draw something besides weapons. Randomly started doodling and this abomination was born. It takes some influence from Basilisks - specifically those of the multi-legged variety. Not in the same vein as Harry Potter's serpent basilisk...though, this design is certainly more spindly than its bulkier D&D counterpart (the creature I based it on). The gem in the center of its head is drawn from the Basilisks in Final Fantasy X. A pain in the ass to deal with, but they were cool designs nonetheless. I don't really have any backstory to this thing aside from 'I want to draw something weird'. Though, I assume it has the same petrification abilities that Basilisks are known for.
