May have gone a little overboard today. Anyway, technically a sequel to yesterday's art, just grown up and living his childhood dream. Or perhaps surpassing it as he is fighting alongside a lovely lady who wields a big gun.

Blasters are amongst the most popular of Mur standard armaments. Using advanced technology they fit a block of specially treated aluminum into the ammo well, often located at the back, and the inner workings take a single chip of the aluminum and spit it out the front with enough force to to liquify it into a molten razor that gradually hardens the further from the barrel it flies. Even ceramic armors are no match for this light and deadly ammo, as it impacts with enough force to crack plates and allow the liquid metal to cause massive burns by dribbling through the cracks. Metal armor would get unbearably hot fast, and at certain ranges the aluminum cools enough to act like armor-piercing flechettes. Giving blasters the benefits of both traditional metal slugs and lasers in one neat package.
