I have been absolutely swamped by school work lately so my motivation has dried up a bit but I took some time to watch Luca when it came out and I. Really loved it. :'0
Probably my favorite Pixar movie yet, besides maybe Coco which also holds a special place in my heart.

So of course I had to draw these two! I've been working on this off and on the past couple of days to relax. I can't explain why the movie Luca makes me so happy but it does, I really adore everything about it, especially the ways the characters are written and designed. :' ))
Luca and Alberto are obviously my favorite characters but I'm hoping to draw Giulia soon too because I adore her as well!
Luca is beautifully animated and written, it's a kid's movie so it has some tropes but it's really unique and stunning and I would recommend it 100% if you're looking for something fun and cute to watch! This movie also broke my heart but I just. I love it. I'm rambling but I just don't know how to explain how good it was, Pixar knocked it out of the park with this one in my opinion. It's super unlikely that Luca will get a sequel or spin off series but I am really hoping for one because I want to see more of the characters so bad. :' D
