A dog named Saheiji adopted him and Joe after your grandmother, Sakura, fell ill. After joining his pack, Yukimura became smitten with Hita, and after the attack of the baboons...Yukimura made it his mission to kill every monkey he saw. Hita had an affair with him, and bared you both. The evening before the final attack, he saw his son and daughter for the first and only time. Hita begged him to stay so you two could be raised properly... but Yukimura knew that if he stayed, the group of monkeys would either find you and your mother and kill all three of you or murder all the other dogs in the Alps. He slept by Hita's side that night...and that was the last time your mother and real father ever spent together."

Remember [well, some of you won't] when I made Kinduko and Rea the children of two of my fan dogs, Youi [supposed father] and Yamada [supposed mother], and after the deaths of them both, Kinduko discovered that Weed and Hita were his real parents? Remember how I mixed everything up and did a reboot? WELL LOOK AT WHAT I DID~

Like stated above, Yukimura is Kinduko and Rea's real father, but Hita is still the biological mother. How did Weed get thrown into the mix?
After discovering Yukimura succumbed to his wounds in the battle, a grieving Hita took her pups to Weed's pack and begged that Weed posed as the father, in which he accepted. So yeah, Uncle Weed pretended to be Daddy Weed and the rest of the pack just went along with it.

This was kinda played off by what I said about Weed having so many children in the fanbase. So I changed it. It wasn't like Joe could be the father, since his mate and pups got turned into bear chow. Koujiro was there as the lone survivor of the litter, but still.

The white fuzzy stuff around the frame is supposed to premiere as a "memory/flashback" sequence. Also toyed with Hita's fur color a bit. She was a gold color in a previous shot of her, but I wanted her to look more peachy-brown, contrasting her soft personality. Changed her eye color too, so Kinduko could have his mommy's eyes and Rea could have daddy's.
