The lush meadows come and go,
The rolling hills will rise and grow,
The mountains tall and wise,
Will soon shrink to a humble size

A seed is planted,
A life begins
The beginning, middle and an end,
All with important journeys and discoveries

Then the life will cease,
The functions and processes come to a halt
The spirit and body return to the earth,
And grief pours over the land

But the story will go on,
The cycle will continue,
The vineyards will grow
As an old man will wrinkle

Life has its flow, its surprises, failures, and successes,
Yet they can be all be taken as more, not less,
With a silver lining to be found in every situation,
Life can be sweet, ending in salvation
