I have a lot of pain and anger that i need to deal with, but can't seem to figure out how. I tend not to talk about it a lot, because I've lost a lot of trust in people this past year, but it is a real problem I have. It just feels yucky, you know? Like there's a huge weight on my chest, that i just want gone... but I'm the one who's holding it so tight.
