Ohh..
This my assumption why pyro never unmasks.
He hesitates of the scars from burns, ihe is a teenager and it is the dysmorphophobia supported with circumstances.
Something rather dramatic happens in its past, something like that in a fire his family has burned down. He throws down now a challenge to fire, playing with it, and works as the mercenary to rescue someone dying (someone very important to him, also survived after that fire).
But at it a serious psychological trauma, in spite of the fact that as a matter of fact he is the cheerful and open person.
Here he smears with balm (which Medic has given to him))) the burns which are ill till now. Though the Medic asserts that the pain reason is only in psychology
