Made for Obsciuri-Jam: atomictiki.deviantart.com/jour…This is Orgon Grindor, a one-off villain who appeared in the "Dial M for Monkey" segment of Dexter's Laboratory. He's an evil alien organ grinder who hypnotizes Monkey into stealing gold for him. I loved those cartoons as a kid, and this guy was always a favorite of mine for some reason. Something about his design just sticks out to me.
