that's just a little announcement-I love my OC's
-I care of them
-I love them as they are my own children
-I don't want to hurt them
-I won't kill them (if it's not needed like in Slenderverse) just because, without a special reason
-I won't let them suffer (if it's not canonical)
-If I'm bored of OC, I just "let them live their own lives", I don't give them to someone
