Eric attended the party at the sorority. He appeared not to care about anything, but the girls at the sorority knew that was not true. When Eric transformed into Erin, she still did not act like anything was out of the ordinary. This was not because she had forgotten her past but because, even before the transformation, she had become indifferent to it.

Natalie knew Erin had the potential to be a great little sister and so invited her to her room. She explained that her room contained the anxiety closet. Inside was something that she feared. For her initiation, she had to confront it.

A look of determination appeared on Erin's face. Although she appeared indifferent about most things, she knew that she really wanted to join the sorority. She opened the closet. Inside she found a small boy. The boy complained that he did not want to be at the sorority and just wanted to go home.

Erin did her best to comfort the boy. She explained that she was in college and could not go home for a while. He would just have to make the best of things. As they talked, the boy gradually changed into a girl and Erin's memories of being anything other than a girl gradually faded from her mind.

Erin declared that she wanted to be at the sorority and wanted the younger version of herself to be there too. She promised that she would never grow up completely. The younger Erin accepted this with a nod and faded from view. Erin knew the young girl had not actually left. Her inner child was still inside her and would be there whenever she needed her.

Natalie had been silently watching them. Once Erin was whole again, she applauded. "I will let the others know," Natalie said. "I am sure you will have no problem being accepted." Natalie left the room. Erin shut the closest door and followed her out.

As soon as Erin left the room, she sensed whispering coming from the closet. She went back to investigate. When she opened the door, all she found were Natalie's clothes and various school supplies. With a shrug, Erin shut the door once again and left the room.

Just a few minutes later, Natalie told Erin she had been accepted into the sorority. Erin smiled and promised to better show that she actually cared about things by getting involved with whatever it was the sorority was doing. Natalie had no doubt it was a promise Erin would keep.
