One day Major Kisaragi left his office to search for Ragna himself. "I'm tired of all these failed attempts to catch that poser. Just wait brother your days are numbered." As the search continued, he ran into Noel Vermilion. "Major Kisaragi I command you to go back to your office NOW!" Jin just laughed at Noel. "Who do you think your giving orders to Vermilion." "Sorry Jin but rules say if you don't return I have to use force on you." "Wait!" Out of nowhere Mokoto appeared. "i can't let you fight Jin alone Noel." "Thanks Makoto." "This should be so easy."

                             Noel and Makoto vs Jin
Noel, Makoto, and Jin drew thier weapons. Jin launched a giant ice sword in the air. "Ice Shard Storm." Sharp pieces of ice rained from the sky. Makoto speed was too much for Jin's attack. As for Noel, she shot them all. Then one got Noel in the back. "Noel are you Okay." "Yeah just keep attacking." Makoto appeared in front of Jin. Makoto got Jin with a super strong uppercut. Jin slammed hard against the ground. "Damn that hurt." Noel stood beside Makoto looking kinda scared. "I think you hit him too hard." "No. She should have hit harder." Jin charged at Noel. Makoto grabbed Noel and got out of the way. Then Noel started to shoot at Jin. Jin blocked all of shots with his swords. "Do you really think that toy gun can handle my superior sword skills." "Yeah but can you handle this. Makoto  drew her tonfa and clashed with Jin. The two were matched in weapon skills but Makoto's speed made it difficult for Jin. Makoto got some deep cuts on Jin but the major stood strong.

                         Enter Tsubaki a team battle begins
Makoto and Jin were clashing when Noel snuck behind Jin and shot him in the back. "Darn it Noel." "Jin i'm sorry but we have to arrest you." "I'm not sorry. It was fun beating up a bully like him." Out of nowhere a blast of light blew Noel and Makoto away. "Stand Down Makoto and Noel." Tsubaki stood on top of
a roof holding her book but still wearing her academy uniform. "Tsubaki what are you doing?" Makoto asked shocked. "I'm helping my major. He's trying to help this city so back down." Jin got on his feet and got his sword. "Your going to pay for that." Jin Slashed his sword and a giant harden ice wave at them. Noel and Makoto was able to dodge it and the street and a huge line from where the blast hit. "That was too close." Noel said scared. Tsubaki launched a light wave at Makoto and one at Noel.The blast lauched them in the air and Jin
mafe am ice bow snd arrow and shoot them out of the sky. Noel and Makoto landed on the ground in defeat. "Come on Tsubaki, lets go find Ragna."
