Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is a tourist town. Mid-day, the beach is crowded and the night life is raucous. However, early morning, everything is still. I stood in the middle of the street to take this picture. I thought of the Jimi Hendrix tune, The Wind Cries Mary. (After all the jacks are in their boxes and the clowns have all gone to bed...)
