Name: UNDECIDED (Codename: The Captain)

Date of Birth: 04-27-2540 (Age 22)

Height: 6 feet, 2 inches

Weight: 237 pounds (at least 45 pounds of that total can be attributable to the cybernetic arm that replaced his original left one, and other built-in devices.)

Build: Muscular, but as a result of horrendous injuries early in his career, an estimated 32% of his overall structure has been rebuilt and replaced with artificial components.

Hair: Short, dark blonde

Eye Color: Reddish-Brown

Nationality: The territory formerly known as the "United States of America"

Occupation: The leader of a first-response task force in the Global Security Forces (GSF) Agency, which is designated to gather intelligence on, and hinder or deter the goals of the terrorist organization, The Loyalists Defenders and Knights of the Apocalypse (LDKA)

Biography: Prior to the tragedy that occurred in 2560 (and resulted in both his radical physiological changes and his determined hunt for members of the LDKA) He was an honest and friendly individual who grew up with a lot of interest in joining the GSF, even more so when his own father was rejected from the application process.

After one failed attempt, he succeeded and was about to be formally sworn into the service in the midst of a celebration of the agency’s newest branch, when the LDKA decided to make their debut by attacking the ceremony with explosives. The Captain was horribly maimed by several of the blasts in a valiant effort to save several of his fellow graduates. The damage rendered to his left arm was so great that apparently nothing could be done.

He also suffered catastrophic brain trauma. Surgeons worked almost non-stop for days to rebuild his nervous system, re-coordinating the viable parts of his brain with each other. Much of his emotional and memory centers were left disabled, and as a result, he now feels very little and does not accurately remember that traumatic day. His logic center, assisted with an advanced “Bio-processor” allows him to be self-aware, to take care of himself and his fellow officers, to take orders from his designated superiors while in the field, and to make complex tactical decisions for himself.

This reconstruction of The Captain was a subject of heated debate between the administrators of the GSF, the distant members of his family (most of his closest relatives also perished in the attack) and the subject known as the “First Lieutenant”, a childhood friend to The Captain, and who was the one who helped keep him alive at the scene until the EMS arrived.

In the latest engagement with the LDKA, at the top secret Restricted Weapons and Technologies’ Storage (RWTS) installation (formerly known as “Area 51”, The Captain and his team had responded to the organization’s unexpected attack there, with all the backup on the ground and air support they could need. As they feared, the terrorist’s ultimate goal was to acquire the dreaded Apocalypse bio-weapon, secretly developed by the IBS corporation for use by the US in World War III. The Captain confronted the group’s leader as they made their escape, but was attacked by another member with a shoulder-mounted rocket-launcher. He shot and destroyed the rocket but the close proximity of its’ detonation, sent him flying into a large tank with a biohazard sign on it. As death started to close in on him once more, the tank was breached by his impact and spilled it’s contents onto him.

The exact contents were kept classified by the U.S. defense forces and the U.S. representatives in the new government. It is led to believe that the unknown substance led to his second resurrection and the even more incredible recovery of his emotions and memories. Recent modifications done to his artificial arm give him the power to utilize a new ability to disassemble all matter at the subatomic level to capture these atoms and use them to generate weapons, ammunition, and almost anything else, so long as he knows the blueprints. His abilities in this field continue to grow more sophisticated with each attempt.
