Magnus Finke Invents a Multi-Arm Device Meant to do Multiple Jobs at Once, but it goes Haywire and Starts Causing Chaos in the Village. When Winger Tries to Stop it, the Device goes into Defensive Mode and Snatches Winger out of the Air. Holding him Down, those Many Arms get to Work and Start Tickling him into Submission.
