Malak, the Shadowbane, has a long history of taking down high-profile targets during his time as an urban bounty hunter. He has brought many high-profile criminals to justice, including the notorious thief, Kethra the Snake, and the dangerous assassin, Shadowhand.

Despite his impressive track record, Malak has always been a lone wolf, preferring to work alone and keep to himself. However, when he hears rumors of trouble brewing in the East and the possibility of the biggest bounties ever, he decides to take a trip to Greenest to investigate and get in on the job early.

Having spent almost his entire life in Baldur's Gate, Malak sees this as an opportunity to take a much-needed vacation and explore new surroundings. He is excited about the prospect of new challenges and the chance to prove himself as one of the best bounty hunters in the land.

As Malak boards a caravan heading towards Greenest, he feels a sense of anticipation building inside him. He knows that the journey ahead will be fraught with danger, but he is ready to face whatever challenges lie ahead and claim the bounties that await him.
