i THOUGHT i had it in me to do the whole profile thing today, but i was wrong. you get the file i've been noodling on for the past week instead.

some notes though:

-the "siren" codename should be taken literally, though sam is careful not to show it when in costume. afaic sirens in the dcu are adjacent to atlanteans, but they're a whole different can of worms and exponentially more dangerous

-personality wise she's outwardly sunny & cheerful while inwardly she's averaging 100 intrusive thoughts per minute

-hydra II is her dad, little more on him here

-a standard(?) case of low-ranking supervillain getting freaked out by a big gun and switching sides for protection
