Description
To celebrate June as Pride Month I made Violet and Maya kissing under the stars, and Violet's code name to my character Maya, as she calls her, Violet's 'Star Bird.' This looks like something out of Disney. Honestly Maya is better for Violet. I tried to capture their first kiss in my story.

Once they were in a safe spot in a clearing, with soft grass, Maya felt Violet embracing her for the first time with a lover's touch. Violet looks down and then up into her newfound lover's eyes, "I thought you wouldn't get my message or see it."

"I did." Maya softly spoke. "Made me so happy I thought I was about to scream for joy." Maya places her hand on Violet's and she felt Violet linking her fingers to hers. "How did you find me?" Maya looks at her, stroking Violet's beautiful face.

"I don't know....followed where my heart needed me to go, and it led me here. And a bit of the north star. North Star from what I read in books leads people home, and it led me to you." Violet spoke and looked into Maya's eyes, as Violet reaches up and place her other free hand on Maya's extended hand upon her cheek "I really need to see you, I'm going crazy where I am at.."

Maya looks down, "I've too been going nuts without seeing you. These past several days have been torturing me." Violet looks away out of nervousness and wondering if she should make the first move, but Maya beat her to it, "Violet....I know we never explored the feeling we had back up in that oak tree. But the past serval days I've been thinking about you nonstop and can't get you out of my mind." Maya nervously spoke to Violet. She takes in a deep breath and exhales it as she confesses to Violet she likes her, "I am going to step out on a limb here no pun intended." Maya cast a look into Violet's green eyes and she is feeling her palms sweaty, "Fuck why is this so hard to say and get out.." Then Maya just blurts it "I have feelings for you." Maya looks at Violet as now she looks panicked, and Maya's face reddens as she cast her eyes on the grass between them for a moment. Closes her brown eyes to gather herself. Then slowly her brown eyes meets Violet's as she speaks from the heart of falling for Violet, "I've been having feelings for you, Vi. Feelings I thought I never get to have with someone or express them to someone I am really liking. Whenever I look into your spring meadow eyes, that reminds me of my home, I get all flustered and I melt in your green eyes. And...God you are very pretty, I can't get you out of my head as you have forever imprinted on my heart."

Maya looks at Violet and sees her smiling with the flattery Maya is sharing and even sees a blush on her face. "You don't have to jump on it if you are not ready... but" Maya was nervous because she had never expressed romantic feelings for a girl before, so this is all new to her. She looks into Violet's eyes and there was heat and attraction for her, and her green eyes make Maya flustered, "But I like you a lot Violet, as more than a friend. You are so captivating beautiful, and making strange things happen in my heart I can't explain." They both lock eyes with each other and both blush at the same time. Maya continues to express her feelings to Violet, "You get my heart racing, and I freeze up what I am going to say, which doesn't happen to me, normally if not ever. I'm a pretty confident girl, and you shake that from me a bit with everything you do. Your laugh, your smile, and your damn eyes when you look at me. Even your raspy voice draws me to you. Like a serins voice. I don't know how but I am very attracted to you, Vi. You captivate me." Maya finishes speaking as she eyes Violet with her blushing face, and clearly, her eyes are showing love signals to Violet.

Maya noticed Violet was first to look away, and a soft, glowing smile formed on her face. She was nervous to express her feelings, too, and after Minerva, she never thought she would find happiness in another person. Maya is definitely someone different and Violet never encounters a romantic interest quite like this before. Way different than Minerva and different from Clementine, whom Violet had a slight crush on but never knew how to show it. But then Maya, a stranger whom Violet ended up hating at first because of Maya's smug attitude. But soon Violet is drawn to Maya as well as she came into her life when Violet thought love was gone forever. Maya got to Volet's heart and shook up her dynamic as Maya blew Violet away with her charm and her compassionate heart. And for the first time found someone who puts Violet's needs first and what she wants. Maya never forced Violet to like her back as Violet fell in love with Maya naturally and unintentionally. Violet lets out a soft sigh as she takes a daring step and meets with Maya to confess what is on her heart as well.

Maya felt Violet coming closer and lacing her fingers to hers. Violet stares up into Maya's midnight chocolate eyes and confesses to her as well that she likes her as more than a friend too, "I..." Violet started to say but didn't like how it started, so she tried again, "Y--you get m--my heart racing too when I look into your tender brown eyes. Eyes that will not hurt me, and with your healing hands nurse me back to health when I am broken inside. Y--you get m--me to find my way home again with your bright spirit when I was lost in myself." Violet breathes out as she tries to look at Maya again gaining confidence like she has to say how much she likes her too, "I like-like you too, Maya." She is using Louis's words with the Truth or Dare game back when he teased Clementine about romantic feelings. Hell, if it worked on Clementine it could work with Maya as well. Violet was trying to be a smooth flirt but fucked up her confessing moment as Maya had a questioning look in her eyes as she does not get the joke. Oh fuck! Why did you do that stupid head! Violet immediately went red in the face as she turns slightly away from Maya hiding her failed attempt at trying to be smooth going as Louis, but failed, "Shit that came out all wrong, I don't know why the fuck I said that."

That got Maya to smile, and a burst of giddy laughter came out of her as she looked at Violet, trying to be a smooth flirt. Maya finds her quirkiness of not being the best flirt adorable, and she loves it. Maya moves closer pulling Violet into her embrace, tucks a piece of a lock of hair behind Violet's left earlobe, and stares into her eyes. "You are so cute when you are so flustered with the flattery Violet, I love it." Maya had a soft glow in her eyes, and so did Violet. Maya slowly closed the gap and made the first move of planting a tender kiss on Violet's lips. Maya kissed Violet so sweetly and tenderly, as she cups Violet's cheek when she made contact with Violet's lips and moves her lips in a slow rhythm against Violet's. Maya's fingers slightly stroked Violet's left cheek giving this moment a passionate feeling between them.

Violet melted in that kiss as she placed her hand on top of Maya's that is resting on her cheek and squeezed it when the feeling grew stronger between them and Maya up the passion a bit. Violet had never been kissed that way before. Not even Minerva was this tender. She flowed to Maya's motion of the rhythm she is providing, and Violet felt a bliss running through her body. Felt electrifying as she grips Maya's hand tighter, not holding back. She felt Maya griping her fingers as she too felt this passion. They kissed like that for several more heartbeats and Maya pulls away looking into Violet's hazel eyes. Violet slowly opened her eyes as she stared into Maya's brown gaze in awe of what she had just did and felt slightly buzzed with Maya's kiss. Violet took a moment before she spoke out the words that couldn't express that feeling. Violet replies breathlessly, "Wow, that was.... I've never been kissed quite like that before." Violet is all speechless for once, and Maya took her breath away with that first kiss. Wow, now that girl can kiss. Holy shit! Violet thought. She really knows how to kiss a girl well and get me to feel something I never felt before. Violet was still stunned with amazement and buzz from her first kiss with Maya. Jesus Christ, even Minerva's kiss wasn't this goddamn good. Violet looks at Maya wanting more of that rushing feeling in her heart. As she glances at Maya she sees her blushing a bit as she begins to talk all nonsensical being lost in her emotions with Violet and their first kiss. Violet finds Maya so damn cute when she is so flustered over her and comes undone.

Maya looks down momentarily, feeling a bit nervous at what she just confessed. Slowly she glances her brown eyes at Violet, her cheeks flushed on the romantic rush, "Yeah, well...umm ahem...I guess being away makes the heart grow fonder. I don't know how to express the words of the feelings I have for yo—" Maya started to ramble off how she felt about Violet but felt Violet making the second move now as they kissed for the second time making Maya stop talking in mid-sentence. Maya can tell Violet has feelings for her, too, as she feels it in the way Violet kisses her back. Maya's eyes closes as she felt Violet crashing her lips over onto Maya's in slow, smooth motions it got Maya a bit high on the kiss. Like Violet's lips was some drug that got her to feel like her heart has wings. It was thrilling and exciting, and Maya couldn't help but to kiss back and enjoy the new love in her heart on the edgy girl who stole her heart and fell hard for the blonde girl with spring-green eyes.
