he might sometimes get a little overboard, note that the headmaster can 'calm' him down or talk to him if he's overdoing it, just don't let him find out that you did anything.

workaholic loves his work, no one knows the subject better than him. appreciates smart questions, and often laughs at dumb ones too "let everyone decide how he or she is going to fail the test" (hence cynical) he returns the tests and hand in assignments soon after recieving them from the students, leaving no room for late hand in, dead lines are absolute . on the other hand he will seriously answer any mail immediately and offer texts, articles and books to whoever curious enough to enrich their knowledge. he expects his students to be as serious as well as he is.
intolerant has zero patience for talking while he lectures, or anything he defins 'out of order'
excelent memory it might take him some time to match the students' faces to the names list, but when he learns them he never forgets, he knows who did what when, and who didn't do what when he should have.
passionate when the students show interest he does the same, more than usual; talks more in depth and with passion for the subject.
comlicates things in the meaning of tests. better study hard.
