The lighting effect is nicely done. Ah, yes, Valentine's... that sets the mood neatly as well as make it feel cute (the warm colors in contrast to the dark background/settings)

I adore the lighting in this picture....it really adds to the feeling...I can practically feel the warmth radiating off of it. Her hair is also uberly fantastic...man o man, you've advanced in your coloring so much.

This is very beautiful. I also LOVE the lighting in this deviation, it's so lovely and intimate. When I look at this, I think of what could have been. Not to dwell on the past, but to imagine a composite reality in which certain things, whether large or small, happened to alter the course of history from one projection to another.

Its something to see them actually intimate and close like this. She looks so at peace, so comfortable and he looks quite pleased himself. The background is simply amazing, i love the delicate metal swirls on the fireplace grate, and the way you can still see the detail of the wall if you look into the darkness to the left of them.
The way you also blurred the background and managed to keep everything so neat is amazing, and i must say that the hair is particularly striking.

You sorted things out faster than I thought, generally people take lots of time to come back to DA.
This pic surely gave you some of a worthy headache and effort, I mean, look at the way you made their hair! It ain't easy, by any means, to make such detailed hair line per line along with the natural different shades of color, for not saying the glow coming from the fireplace!
