        Della likes to think ahead about the future. She tends to think of all the possibilities that could happen when she does something or interacts with someone else. She likes to keep things calm and peaceful, trying to be a peaceful person herself. Not a fan of conflict but if she must be a mediator she'll step in and try and figure out a solution. Well, as much as a mediator a 16 year old can be. Della tries to keep herself relaxed as possible, and not to be stressed out about things either.
Della also doesn't like giving up easily. She wants to win at challenges and keep trying. She's also high-spirited and eager to learn about new things. If there's something new she doesn't know about she's excited to learn about it!
    Usually Della can be pretty relaxed, though when things don't go her way, she gets a bit moody about it till she gets what she wants. Though, she doesn't always get what she wants no matter how puffy and pouty she gets. She also is a bit aloof, staring into space, daydreaming and just overall not paying attention. Della is also greedy- in the since that she'll do something only if she gets a reward for it. She may also end up taking more than what she needs and usually pays the price for being greedy. She won't really know what to do with half of the stuff, but that doesn't mean that she still doesn't want to keep it.

History:

  Being a 16 year old... you'd think that one small litwick wouldn't have that much of a history right? Wellf- that's quiet the opposite. Even though she's a young kiddo, she's been wandering around the dark forest of the rejuvenation with what seems like forever. She remembered that her family was nice, and she got along with them all. But she hadn't seen them in a while so she wasn't sure exactly where they were or where she was.

      Her earliest memory of before the forest was when she was playing with one of her friends at her house. She and her friend were playing a game of hide and seek, and she was a pretty good hider. Though sometimes her friend would find her really quickly, annoying her a lot. She wanted to trick her friend in one of their games of hide and seek. Instead of hiding close by to her house, she decided that it would be a fun idea to hide further into the forest. Which was where her parents have told her several times not go into without supervision, since that was where many lost souls went. Despite their warnings, Della went to go hide there anyways. She heard some voices as she waited in hiding for her friend to find her. It was taking a really long time.. so she took a nap, a longer nap than she meant to. Della woke up, and heard someone calling her name. It didn't sound like her friend's voice but it was definitely something that she wanted to go check out. There was a voice in the back of her head that said to stop and go back home. But the voice continued to call her. As she got closer to the voice, she saw it was another litwick. It offered her a reward if she played a game with it. Della liked rewards.

  So she did the stupid thing and followed the litwick into the forest. The reward? She never got it. All she got was wandering around the forest, lost and what felt like eternity of playing a game of hide and seek with the litwick that she followed. As she continued to wander in the forest, she saw a group of other pokemon that didn't look like they were from around the forest. An impidimp and a clauncher. They looked like fun to be around. She wanted to join them and hopefully leave this forest. So she walked up to them and asked if she could join them. Thankfully they said yes. She was super excited to be able to join the Rapscallions in their adventures.
