(Will shade another time, this was rushed, will update with finished reference soon!)A quick reference done to tell the height of Leo in his three forms. For Nightmarens, 1st level is the best level a nightmaren can be. Other forms are what he look like if he was any of the other two levels.
(Leo is a lion by the way, not a dog)
Information
Level 3: He can fit into the palm of your hand and cannot talk, however he uses his trumpet to get your attention. (Main Level)
Level 2: He is around twice as big as a normal house dog and now has his nose showing + ruffles around the ball and beginning of his tail.
Level 1: Just a little taller than Cogetta (1/3 shorter than Hatter) and has rings (can use to swing at you or summon and jump in) around his tail and a saddle as he is large enough to be rode on. He also has ruffles around his ears which go to the back of his head. Can no longer use his trumpet because he is too big for it, however he can now fully talk.

i don't think nightmaren can level up like that...

No rule to how they can and cannot become a higher level, this is a concept of what he look like as different level nightmaren and also the device to change that is an RP element. It is a fan thing after all and I seen no official rules saying a nightmaren cannot become a different level or how.Β

uh isn't it the POINT of a nightmaren to be evil though? i've fond some loop holes for some of my ocs but i don't seee you useing any loop holes

unless they be-tray Wizeman and Cogetta brought Leo up. I don't see why you have such a problem with how others control and use their fan nightmarens. Not ALL nightmarens have to be even.
Cogetta is a built nightmaren that found Leo when he was small and cause of his curious nature, stuck with her, if you read their bio's you might understand them more but please stop having a problem with how I run my nightmarens please

to me sorry but it seems you want me to change their story to fit YOU and not me. They are my characters and I can still keeping them within the NiGHTS universe here and to the same rule without really breaking any or making something stupid for them.

Though to be fair the Sonic games are getting better, and it is respectable that they try something new, unlike Mario which is just a simple rinse and repeat concept constantly

TBH Sonic only doing same thing Mario is at new, new maps, otherwise even Sonic is same
Eggman invades (most likely with a monster that betrays him at end) > Sonic finds out > adventure time > monster betrays > team up with eggman to save the world
Only gotten a little better due to they finally listening to fans and going back to old routes

The difference is that while Sonic got new Enemies and playstyles in the main series, and more complicated stories, not to say that doesn't happen with Mario, but while Sonic has the same formula constantly, Mario is more or less just the same constantly, just with different levels and forms

but enemies are mostly just paint drops, predictable and very easy to beat

Yeah, both Sonic and Mario have that, but then again, it's a fast paced sidescroller, id every enemy was castlevania level, then nobody would be able to play the game properly
