That's the point they can or could've made her popular but Nintendo chooses not to but they made Rosalina popular first it was super Mario galaxy then Mario kart wii and after that super Mario galaxy 2 and it just keeps coming

Uhh... since Melee Peach has had an alternate colour scheme to look like daisy, not quite the same i know but what would daisy's moveset be other than Peach's?

Daisy would give more damage and be more faster than Peach. Her moveset could be based of the Mario Sports, silly.
Just like Dr. Mario, Luigi, and Waluigi, she would be a semi-clone though.

The sad thing is she could have been an alternate for Peach like they did for Alph for Olimar or another unlockable character (not gonna say who for those who don't want spoilers)

Because nintendo can't seem to focus on more than one character. It's either Rosalina or nothing. We can't give Daisy, Waluigi, Toadette, ect time in the spotlight oh no!

Her OWN game, not one she just appeared in.Β But then again, she was playable in Mario 3d world.
I just feel that Daisy being in Nintendo much longer than she has, she should have been in a series of adventure games first before Rosalina. It seems fair to me.

See what makes me mad is that they made her have SO MUCH POTENTIAL in Mario party 3 she literally punched bowser into the stars with 1 PUNCH Β so after being kidnapped by Tatanga she MUST'VE had some sort of martial arts training and vowed to never let herself get kidnapped again unlike peach so I'm likeΒ whoa this girl knows what she's doing she stands up for herself, is tough, strong, GORGEOUS, and a nice person "until you piss her off" now in my opinion that's a lady worthy of the royal crown Β she will rule her kingdom with kindness, honor, and a hard hitting fist for justice and when the time comes she will march into battle and win the war now that's a princess who will make an amazing queen one day

It's Charles Darwin's theory of evolution but for economy. Whatever popular character is the more liking by the fans, will survive more than the ones who don't. In this case Rosalina over Daisy. But nonetheless I agree that she should be focused on a little bit more than just Rosalina.

Well I think one of the reasons Rosalina was in smash bros was because she had magic, Luma, things like that. They didn't want to many characters in the game that have a similar move set to another. Like Daisy would probably have almost the same move set as Peach. I like Daisy, but I dunno if she would work in smash bros....She might though

Oh really? Pffff, then explain Dr. Mario. She'd be a semi-clone like him and Luigi (yes, he's a SEMI clone).Β Do you know how many clones got into the game? Lucina is a clone who has the exact same moves as Marth, but she's just faster (oddly, Sakurai chose Lucina over Chrom since he though that Chrom would have been too similar to Marth? Lolwut?). Dark Pit is a clone of Pit, Dr. Mario is a semi-clone who should have been a costume, but I understand they had extra time to add more characters (they could have thought of better choices, to be honest). If they got in, (especially Dark Pit) then Daisy can get into the next one or DLC. She's been in over 40 games whatsoever, and it was shown that she could have different moves than Peach; just look at her abilities such as Crystal Smash, where she punches into the ground and creates rising crystals/flowers.
I don't know how Daisy would have the same moves as Peach if she wouldn't know them in the first place, PLUS, she should be faster and stronger than Peach.
However, I will say you have a point about her moveset. Knowing Sakurai, he'd make her a lazy clone like Lucina. At least there's custom moves! Nintendo needs to add more stuff onto poor Daisy

Well Dr Mario had a completely different moveset than Mario, since he is a doctor. I agree with you that Luigi does, but come on it's freaking Luigi! You have to have Luigi!

Okay, but he's still a semi-clone. As a matter of fact, anybody can get into Smash Bros.. Daisy getting in is not going to end the world.

Oh yea, I could also see her using the Mario Sports equipment (which I believe every Mario character does), but instead delivers more devastating attacks with them. Even if she would be a clone (which would be f*cked up and lazy Sakurai), I could have done a better moveset myself.

Nintendo needs to develop Daisy into a person of her own. I mean Luigi is in the same boat as
her, basically a clone of Mario and then some, but he has his own franchise (Luigi's Mansion) and now almost everyone loves him more than Mario lol. Just imagine what they could do with Daisy if the TRIIIIED. Same with Waluigi :3
