Workshop shot from today's tinkering. This is a plaster mold plug, which I'm going to be using to vacuform a kydex posture collar in my ongoing project to duplicate Knotbot's strappy straitjacket. This is based off measurements taken from its intended wearer. Tiny provided a study cast of her neck, from which I worked. The odd dome at the top of the neck and the angular bits at the bottom are so that the kydex sheet forms without buckling or undercutting. I sort of think the top looks like a medieval jousting helm.
